Kitchen Local is a 1,200 square foot, full-service commercial kitchen(s) and storage facility. There are two complete kitchen stations; on-site dry, cold and frozen storage areas; and a packaging area. The kitchen stations, Baking or Catering, can be rented separately or as one Full Kitchen for single use. Our incubator kitchen is a partnership between The Regional Environmental Council and the Worcester Chamber of Commerce with generous help from the Greater Worcester Health Foundation. We provide commercial kitchen space to small producers, caterers and budding entrepreneurs. Our facility boasts double deck convection ovens, 20 gal steam jacket kettle, 6 burner range, flat top, Hobart mixer, slicer and a Cleveland piston filler. We offer secure and locked dry and cold storage. There is a walk in cooler and  freezer space available on request.  The second branch of our Food Hub is aggregation where we supply food from local farms to institutions and organizations in the local area.
