Wendy Hess, MS, RD, is a Registered Dietitian with more than two decades of experience in the dietetic and regulatory fields. She is a member of the Vermont Specialty Foods Association, the Massachusetts Specialty Foods Association and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly the American Dietetic Association). Wendy earned a Master's degree (MS) in Food Regulation from Northeastern University.
