The Reduced Oxygen Packaging HACCP Course is $300 and a certificate will be issued after successfully completing the course. The Food Venture Center also offers the Hazard Analysis portion of HACCP plans for Reduced Oxygen Packaged products. Payment is available via credit card and check. Please fill out the registration form below. Once confirmation of payment has been received you will receive an email with instructions on how to register for the course via Blackboard. Once you are registered you will need to email Sarah, SJL38@cornell.edu your username and she will add you as a student.
