Better Process Control School – Acidified Foods

Overview
The Better Process Control Schools (BPCS) certify supervisors of thermal processing systems, acidification, and container closure evaluation programs for low-acid and acidified canned foods. Each processor of low-acid or acidified foods must operate with a certified supervisor on hand at all times during processing.

Food Safety for Specialty Foods

Date and Time: November 9th, 2018; 10:00 AM to 12 PM

Registration Fee: $30 and limited to 30 people

Overview
This short-course is for food entrepreneurs who wish to learn more about producing safe food products for sale in the market place.
